A $200 Deposit is due with contract. You will be taken to a page to pay via PayPal after the order is submitted.

Closing contract includes the following basic services: Final season vacuum not to exceed 30 min, water level lowered to level below return line, remove filter  system hoses, sand filters are drained and POOL biodegradable antifreeze is added, remove DE and cartridge filters for winter (cleaning & degreasing is not included in the closing). Remaining systems that stay outside are covered with plastic for winter protection, remove ladders, heater winterization if that applies (at additional cost), for systems with main drains and hard pipes lines are blown free of water and antifreeze is added to winterize the lines if that applies. Final water test is done and standard chemical kit is added (chemicals &  antifreeze additional). Customers with Auto Covers are responsible for filling the pool to the proper manufacturer recommended water level after winterization. ** All closings after 11/1/09 or first freeze will be charged additional.
