Elite Pools and Spas 2011 Closing Contract

A $200 Deposit is due with contract. You will be taken to a page to pay via PayPal after the order is submitted.

Full Service Winterization : Drain water below returns, final season vacuum not to exceed 30 minutes, winterize equipment that remains outside and all pool lines by removing excess water and instilling biodegradable antifreeze, 6 gallons antifreeze included. Remove all handrails, ladders, baskets, & cover diving boards with plastic. Above ground pools with removable systems will be disconnected and hoses removed from pool (heater remains in place), additional winterization services available- see below. Install plugs and aquadoors. Final water test performed and closing chemicals added (included) & winter cover installed. Pools that have auto covers require the homeowner to fill the water back up to the appropriate level after winterization.

Pool Closing Request

PLEASE FILL OUT THE CLOSING FORM AND RETURN WITH A $200 DEPOSIT. Closings will not be scheduled without a deposit. ALL SERVICE INVOICES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CLOSING.

Modified Winterization Services: Homeowner is responsible for lowering the water level 1in below the returns prior to the closing date. Water that is not lowered will result in an additional charge of $185.00 (no exception). NO vacuum will be done with this service. Remaining services as stated above will be performed including closing chemicals and antifreeze up to 6 gallons.
